Please choose your piece carefully, reading the description closely. Due to the fact that each item is custom made, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Great care is taken to ensure that all items are described and photographed as accurately as possible. As each headpiece is handcrafted, slight variations may occur. By purchasing an item from my shop, it is assumed that you have read and understood the item description as well as the production and shipping time, and agree with the terms and conditions. If your item arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours, and I will assess what can be done to repair or replace it.
